PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Payment is based on a 4-week billing cycle, requested at the beginning of the 4-week cycle at your quoted price. This is firm and reserves your hours for the billing period.

Orlandoenglishtutor has a  24-hour rescheduling policy. As you might imagine, cancelling 15 minutes before class is most inconvenient for the tutor -but "things" do happen! If you need to cancel, I ask that you give as much notice as possible.  No shows and/or missing class and calling after class time is scheduled to start will not be rescheduled. If the tutor must cancel, I'll reschedule at your convenience.

If you do cancel a class, your make-up class is NOT restricted to that billing cycle, but you cannot "tag on" a make-up class at the end of a billing cycle and push back the start date of the next cycle. Make-ups must be scheduled around regular class dates, and cycles not interrupted.

Payment Options include:  check (preferable); cash; or debit card.

PRICING

​

Discounts are offered for taking more than one class per week, for purchasing large blocks (3+months), for longer than normal travel distances (ex.: Celebration), and other considerations.  For that purpose, price quotes are given preferably in person in our "meet and greet" free evaluation class, or by phone.  No e-mail price quotes.
